Precision Surface Preparation
Every great floor starts with proper preparation. We mechanically grind the concrete to remove the surface cap, old coatings, and contaminants, opening its pores for a stronger bond. We also repair cracks, spalls, and imperfections to create a smooth, solid foundation for the coating system.
Epoxy Basecoat & Full Flake Broadcast
Next, we apply a 100% solids epoxy basecoat designed for strength and adhesion. While the epoxy is still wet, we broadcast your selected flake color and blend evenly across the entire surface until rejection. This means the flakes fully saturate the floor, creating both visual depth and added texture.
Protective Polyaspartic Topcoat
To finish, we seal the floor with a high-performance polyaspartic topcoat. This last layer is UV resistant, durable, and fast-curing—providing long-lasting protection against wear, stains, and fading. The result is a tough, attractive surface that’s easy to clean and built to perform for years to come.
